About me
I‘m a clinical psychologist, originally from Zürich, Switzerland. I was educated and have working experience from around the world, including New York City, Stockholm, Sweden, and Shanghai, China. Conducting research, practicing clinically, and teaching in different countries taught me to appreciate the complexity of different cultures, and people of all backgrounds. My experience led me to the insight that optimal performance can be achieved when mind and body are attuned.
Coaching (Counselling) and Consulting Services
Dr. Schwank works to support clients remove the barriers keeping them from living their most optimal lives. Typical clients include high level executives, financial sector professionals, traders, entrepreneurs, doctors, lawyers, and academics. Dr. Schwank emphasizes the importance to remain a leader in a very competitive global environment. Dr. Schwank supports clients highlight their abilities, develop and strengthen their skills. She uses peak-performance training to aline the mind and the body for optimal performance.
Assessments
Dr. Schwank has a decade of expertise in assessments for both individuals and corporate groups. Assessments include potential analysis, personality and performance assessments, and group productivity analysis for optimal team productivity.
School placements Switzerland
Consulting international families for school placements in Swiss primary and upper schools. Long term experience in placement assessments and collaboration with international schools in Switzerland to provide optimal solutions for international families relocating to Switzerland.
Workshops, Seminars, and Presentations - Dr. Schwank has developed and taught specific training programs and coaching processes to corporate employees who must reach and maintain their highest potential. Schwank is currently medical researcher and lecturer at Karolinska Institute, Zürich University, Fudan University Shanghai, and multiple American collages (Columbia University, Johns Hopkins, NYU, Vanderbilt).
Dr. Schwank is available for corporate performance trainings, conflict resolution, group presentations, seminars, and workshops.

Bio
Dr. Simone Eliane Schwank is an expert in intercultural communication for global corporations, consults universities to establish international collaboration, and coaches individual business leaders and entrepreneurs in cultural sensitivity.
She is the author of multiple research articles and a book on mental health in urban China (2019). She has global experience working, teaching, and consulting intercultural communication, language proficiency in six languages: English, French, German, Italian, Swedish, and Mandarin Chinese, which provide her the cultural background to understand and be sensitive to the nuances, similarities, and differences of business interactions across boarders.

Simone Eliane has a fond background in working, living, and conducting research around the globe. She successfully runs multinational research projects, for who she’s responsible financially and academically. As professor, she’s taught and mentored students, researchers, and healthcare professionals around the world; from Shanghai, Hong Kong, New York, LA, Stockholm, Zürich, and the U.K.
In 2010 Dr. Simone developed an assessment for a Swiss international school. The main focus of the assessment lies in the personality test, which is essential for our academic and professional success. Over 10 years Simone worked with numerous parents and their emerging adults. Sharing the essence of the personality on their life trajectory.
Dr. Simone expanded her knowledge to the corporate and academic world, finding more and more synergies. She works with leading, universities internationally and global organizations. Integrating personality assessments to enhance employee’s understanding of the importance if their sense of self and how different personalities impact the work culture and productivity. This expertise Simone shares in team development and facilitation trainings.
• Coached multiple professors and university board members in navigating multinationals collaborations. Facilitated conversations across boarders and institutional cultures. Dr. Simone’s been involved in several memorandum of understanding for universities.
• Dr. Simone works with expats relocating to new countries, adjusting, settling in, and understanding the cultural sensitivity in work, school, and family life.
• Coaches business groups in enhancing their development and performance. Understanding the core aspects of being stuck in a stage of development, i,e, due to positioning of members and frequent reorganization of the group. Based on research, the establishment of trust takes time and every interruption to the group reduces productivity
• She consults leaders in intercultural sensitivity, conveying their message to different subsidies, using her six languages, also due to the cultural understanding underlying the mastery of these languages.Simone is convinced that language convey a lot of the cuties experiences.
• She is specialized in working with parents and families of people with severe personality disorders. Holding a master of advanced studies in TFP from Columbia University.
• Coached academic leaders transitioning from an academic into the corporate business.
