En ocasiones nos quedamos tan centrados en lo que ya fue, que perdemos que nuestro presente se nos está yendo de las manos. Silvia me ayudó a darme cuenta de que estaba haciendo yo para seguir perpetuando ese ciclo.
Cuando estamos tan adentro de una dinamica que no nos ayuda a mejorar no nos damos cuenta.
Definitivamente la sesión con silvia me ayudo mucho a entender que tengo que hacer para poder seguir adelante y la forma en que lo explica es muy caro, me ayudo a volver a encontrar reenfocarme.

Sometimes we stay so focused on what already was, that we lose that our present is getting out of hand. Silvia helped me realize what she was doing to continue perpetuating that cycle.
When we are so involved in a dynamic that does not help us improve, we do not realize it.
The session with Silvia definitely helped me a lot to understand what I have to do to be able to move forward and the way she explains it is very expensive, it helped me find refocus again. -

I have used Silvia’s life coach services and therapies a few times. To resume I can tell you that she’s simply amazing. Her advices and the way she explains things are great and very easy to understand. I recommend her to anyone looking for clarity in their life, advice etc.. If you don’t know where to go with your life or éter to di, talk to her, it will be the best experience you’ll have and also her services are very affordable. She’s bilingual in English and Spanish.
